Huge increase in premiums! 30%! THIRTY PERCENT INCREASE!!!!

I received bad service at the end of last year going into this year. Service eventually improved. I also then realised they increased my premiums by 30% this year! I complained and they dropped the premium by 30% (this was like 2 to 3 months ago). But guess what, I get my policy revision letter today, 01 October 2022 and they increased my premium by 30%!!!! THIRTY PERCENT!!! Seriously 30% increase - I am flabbergasted!!! This is not worth it anymore. They dont even cater for chronic conditions for your pet whereas Outsurance does. This increase is a big *******. I am seriously going to consider to discontinue my services with them. I know when I signed up with them in 2017, premiums were good but then you sign up with them and they hit you with big premium increases which is way more than inflation!!! Very very disappointed in dotsure.
