Huge Dotsure Pet Fan!

Have always had pleasant experiences with both the claims department and the service department. Claims are paid speedily (within days) and have never had any issues with our submissions. We made a claim for our dog, after he was bitten by a ******, within 2 weeks of signing up - they hadn't even taken the first debit order. There was no arguing, no resistance, and the claim was paid to me the next day! Definitely recommend to everyone who asks!
