How long does a refund take
I am quite disappointed in you guys , been asking about my refund for sometime and each time I get a different explanation. What saddens me is that when you guys debit me I never give you issues , now you must pay back I have to keep asking and asking. Very irritated by this

22 Jul 2024, 08:32I was called on the 16th and told my funds would reflect in 48hrs , wow yet again I sit with nothing . I am utterly disappointed in your service this time , how can something so useless like a refund take more than 20 days to be refunded?? I don’t want to be called because all the agents lie . Can I kindly receive an email stating exactly when my funds will reflect. I have been patient with you guys and now my patience is running thin. Thinking of looking for another insurer this can’t be right and fair.
