Horrible Motor Warranty Claim service and *********** staff

Dotsure Rejected my motor warranty claim saying damages to my wheel bearing is because of wear and tear. What other mechanical damages can possibly happen to wheel bearings. When I questioned their policy conditions Clause 16 a, b & c as to when the half benefit of wear and tear after 6 months would apply and to which parts will it apply to they could not answer. What a bunch of ****s. Why have the clause in the policy wording if you cannot explain which parts does it apply to. It's time I take this discussion to Twitter and Facebook to discuss this clause and who has it ever app**** to, since they are unable to answer my questions.
