Horrible Experience with Dotsure Ltd!!!!

I was involved in a car accident on the 4 April 2021( Policy number: Policy No NYP***) Dotsure Ltd paid for the quotations to be sent to them from Lowveld body repairs in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga. On the 19 April 2021, their assessor called me to inform me they're writing off the car and classified it as a code 3 based off the quote they paid for, nothing else as the assessor did not physically go view the car but re**** solely on the pictures sent to him by their 'designated' approved repairer. I disagreed with their decision as the car was not badly damaged as far as I was concerned. On the 10 May 2021, I took the matter to the OSTI, Ombudsman for Short term Insurance and on December 30 2021, OSTI sided with them so I had to cancel the entire claim if I wanted to get the car back which I have done. Now I fixed the car and a lot of parts that were included in their ridiculous quote were not necessary. Now I am thinking since I had cancelled the claim and saving Dotsure Ltd of their money, now guess what happened when I tried insurer the car I had just fixed? Dotsure Ltd had classified my car as a CODE 3!!! and I had since lodged a complaint with them which is now sitting with their complaints division to date!!
