Horrible experience from Dotsure car insurance
Horrible chapter of my insurance history. Alegra Tiervlei requested a copy of my bank statement for a refund which I sent on the 21st of December. Till today, I haven't received my refund after cancellation. What a horrible experience. Don't bother!
