Hollard motor extender is a ****, stay away.

My car was towed into the workshop and I have been trying to get in contact with hollard from thr 28th of June. They either transfer you from one agent to the other or they will say so and so will call you back shortly. They will then ask you to send in certain documents to assist with the claim but nobody would call you to confirm receipt. It is only after you call to try to make a follow that you would be told documents were not received.

I honestly believe that their tactic is to frustrate and stress clients so much that they end up abandoning their claims.

Hollard is the worst company to ever exist and the funny thing is, not once did I ever miss payment.

Stay away from hollard motorextender unless you are prepared to be ****med.
