Hight Increase - Be WARNED
I've been a Dotsure client for 11 months and have 2 dogs on accident cover. I've now received an increase of 24% from them. According to them i'm high risk, because I have 2 claims. The dog that has had the 2 claims is not even on the policy for a year, 9 months to be exact. Basically increasing me then before a year even passed. Be careful, price upfront may be good, but as soon as you join they give Absurd increases.

22 Jul 2025, 09:19I already spoke to someone, they basically acknowledge that im being penalized because I claim. Your business model is basically to avoid client from submitting claims, as you will be penalized. I don't see that as ethical.
