Highly recommend Dotsure for efficiency, affordability and its professional staff

An agent named Liam Glenister contacted me to follow up on payment of my account. He got right to the point, was friendly and well-spoken, and assured me immediately that my pet insurance would not simply lapse owing to the bounced payment. He assisted me in ensuring that the payment could be made. He was very respectful, and I appreciated that he was cognisant of my time. He also made a point of referring to my pets by their names, which was a lovely gesture.

This interaction only serves to complement my general experience of Dotsure since signing on with their pet insurance service around 5 years ago. They are competitively priced, friendly and very efficient indeed.
