Highly frustrated with Warranty Claims Team

It’s been 3 days that my warranty Claim has been submitted for approval and no response. On multiple emails and calls to the customer center you get passed around without speaking to the respective warranty claim team. Escalations and no call backs or responses. My car has been sitting with the repairer for 6 days now with no clear objective on how to proceed.

It is frustrating that no one has the Courtesy to let you know what’s going on either by a text, email or at least a call.
