Highest package, low value
I hsve the highest package with Dotsure thinking that we will be fully covered for our dog Cole but recently he had an operation and we are out of pocket by R6k. Dotsure has only been paying 50% value of our claims. Really disappointing. Will definitely be looking for another pet insurance company soon.
