High premiums at Dotsure with no reasoning on notification

I joined Dotsure in 2017 as the premiums were cheap. My dogs were just turning 9 years old at that time. I never had a problem with Dotsure up until November 2021 where they were processing the claims incorrectly and in general just bad service. I recently looked at my premiums and it increased quite a bit for 2022. I called Dotsure and inquired why and their response was my dogs are old and they sent a notification in September last year. I looked at the notification and all it indicated was the amount with no reason as to why the premiums increased so much (about R400 increase for 2 dogs). I called Outsurance now and their comprehensive plan is so much better and much much much less than the Dotsure premiums (taking into account my dogs past claims). Also Ousturance claim limits are more than Dotsure and they dont bindd you to a claim limit when you go for a follow up visit on the same illness. For a follow up visit with Outsurance, you get a brand new claim limit. With Dotsure, for a follow up visit, they look at the claim history on that illness and bind you to that claim limit which will be less due to the first visit. Ousturance does not do this. Very disappointed in Dotsure for charging me such high premiums. I and thinking of looking at alternative quotations now to move my dogs from Dotsure or just cancel my Dotsure policy due to the very high premiums.
