Hi there. I received a call from Dotsure in George after i enquired via facebook through the timeline of Dotsure. The consultant who phoned me, Cinteasha Kleinbooi, explained to me every detail of the insurance that i enquired about, even giving me the positives and the negatives regarding the insurance. Whilst interacting she even gave me a chance to speak to my wife to get the go ahead because we all know you need permission from the wife. Long story short, after her explanation i ended up taking platinum option because it made sense and i didnt want to pay extra monies in the event that i do have a breakdown. I just want to commend her on the great interaction and she assured me that i can even personally visit the office (which is located in George) if I have any uncer*****y or problem.
