Hi, I would like to rate Marizel Bernardo from Dotsure on Hello Peter. She has been well informed and very helpful with all my questions regarding insurance for my dog. It was really great to have an Afrikaans speaking lady on the other end of the line. She handled my query very promptly, and I didn't feel like talking to just another person in call-centre. Lorraine
