Hi, I requested a quote on line and was contacted by Marizel Bernado a consultant for Dot Sure. She was excellent in her demeanour, clear, helpfull, knowledgeable and professional. I was very impressed with Marizel and after a few days agreed to cover for my Golden Retriever puppy.
