If I was able to give 10 stars I would. After the unfortunate passing away of my cat, and having no other pets, I wanted to cancel my current pet insurance with Dotsure. I emailed the cancellation request and was assisted by Ruth Duthie, I then endured endless problems with my phone, wifi and and data access, I could not receive or make calls, after numerous attempts I eventually made contact with Ruth, and after hearing my story, Ruth showed such compassion and was so helpful, Dotsure can be proud of their staff.
