Helen Pereira - Dotsure are excellent

I e-mailed my claim on 09/12/2020 and enjoyed the immediate response e-mail stating they will get back to me faster than a Beagle can sniif out a treat. I was called by Sherezan Erasmus within the hour and then got confirmation mails through each step of the claim. My claim has been approved and payment expected within 3 working days. I also received a get well e-mail which was very cute. I have not had such excellent service this year, as Covid seems to have become an excuse for poor service by many companies. Well done Dotsure, I am so happy I signed up with you earlier this year.
