Heartbroken Pet Parent

I have been with Dotsure Pet Insurance for more then 10 years. My previous Jack Russel who passed away and my mom's Yorkshire Terrier were both insured with Dotsure. Now my current Jack Russel child who is 9 years old developed diabetics and went blind within a month. Cataract surgery cost R52000.00 but Dotsure will only pay R8000.00 towards the surgery. If I Google which pet insurance will pay for Cataract surgery it indicates that One plan and Dotsure Superior Plan has the highest annual limits and will cover the surgery. You are limited to surgery for R8000.00 so if the surgery cost more Dotsure won't pay. I am currently looking for other insurance for my 2 year old doggie, what if he needs surgery over R8000.00?
