Hate dotsure

I waited 7 working days to get authorisation so my car can be fixed, their employees to me from one call to another. Only to be told that on the 23rd of December 2024 one warranty claim employee was on duty and she will call me, she will be back Monday 30 meanwhile they don't come back to me. I called again to get authorisation but to be told that they didn't receive the necessary documents. Which I did send and my claim was declined because they didn't debit my account and December payment was behind so they can't help me.
