Hassle-free claim paid in just a few hours

I wrote a review some time back complimenting dotsure.co.za on excellent service throughout the onboarding process for my pet insurance. Now, months later, I have submitted my first claims through their Manage Portal and once again I am extremely impressed with the entire experience and I think that, especially in SA, when a business is this good at what they do, it should be shared. It’s been a few weeks since my puppy hurt her leg jumping around and then as she was recovering from that she probably ate something that she shouldn’t have from the garden and got sick, there were four vet visits since mid-August and I only submitted the claims for those consultations today (03/09), I immediately received acknowledgment of receipt for my claims with references as well as the name and contact number of the person handling the claim, within a few short hours I received email confirmations for each of my claims with a breakdown and confirmation that the funds would reflect in my account within 2-3 working days. Thank you dotsure.co.za for making one thing that I had to deal with, that much easier. My puppy has won the hearts of my family and it is comforting knowing that I can get help without hesitation if anything ever happens to her. Please keep up the awesome work.
