Harrased and wright's taken away from me and registering me to SAFPS

I have wrote a review to Dotsure 2 months ago as it is women month as women we need to be protected on Road and our homes. Dotsure has ensure to retain my name at SAFPS where as the dealership did aggreed on the emails that they are aware of the qoute client requested to quoted without Labour as I was kept sent back to look for cheaper dealership for my windscreen repair, in that matter of fact why do we have insurance if we gonna be sent so many times for cheaper and lower products . Today I'm staying in a home which is no longer insured. I'm single mother of 4 who is raising the children and ran away from an abusive marriage, an ex husband who is in jail due to **** of step child.... today we are living out of fear just because Dotsure refusing to replace an windscreen. I'm a depressed mother as we speak who is expecting anything in my house whole ... death or **** for the worst. I have done no wrong theft or expecting to receive money on that matter.
