What a delightful pleasure to deal with dot sure pet insurance for my 4 dogs... Charlie Verity ********** called me back within 5 minutes of me requesting information on the pet policy for my animals. I received fantastic service and a very hearty welcome to the insurance product and all the fine print was covered in a very pleasant manner, I was informed very clearly of all the ins and outs of the various types of cover offered as well as how my policy would work for my pets together with all the debit order info and pet info - as a pet rescuer, it becomes an expensive ordeal, but with dotsure, I can rest assured that my furry children will be covered in the event of any accident... thank you!
