Happy new customer
Great onboarding experience with Kadhija Khan - explained the different packages, costs, T&C's and I had my pet loaded with a great policy (went with Standard as she is only 18mths old). All documentation emailed to me within 20mins Haven't claimed yet, hence the 4 star rating
