I had an accident last year 01/11/2023 and when I called the consultant who answer then phone was very kind and under standing, i submitted my claims according to their request and after processing which took less than 2 weeks the money was paid into my account without a hustle, got my car fixed in a week. even after complaining and wanting to terminate my contract they still gave excellent service and I'm here to stay, even with the increase doesn't change that services excellent. :)
