Happy Dotsure Customer

I've always had a great customer service experience with Dotsure, regardless of which department I am communicating with.

Last week November 17th was a cherry on top for me as I received an outstanding service from a gentleman by the name of Khanya Njalo. Khanya is very friendly, patient, and informative. The changes I needed to make on my policy were implemented quicker and more effortless than I anticipated. Khanya took me through the new details, clearly and patiently explaining every detail, as well as all the different options available to suit my needs. Such service is very rare these days.
