Handling of 1st Dotsure claim - Impressive

We recently signed up with Dotsure pet insurance and this week lodged our first claim. The claim instruction process was pretty straight forward, and our Veterinary clinic also knew how to do their part. Chantelle Groenewald handled the claim on Dotsure side, and I was particularly impressed when we received the refund portion of the claim within 24 hours - paid directly into the account where the premium is debited from on a monthly basis.
