Greatest Excuse Finders To Not Pay Out Claims

Terrible when it comes to paying out claims always look for excuses to not pay out the claims . I took out a cover with them then three months later my household contents are damaged by power surge, I took out an additional cover to insure me in case of a power surge which has an addition fees to my policy by the way.

I have to get an electrician at my own cost to come out and evaluate the damage and send them the report, upon receiving it they reject my claim because they say the technician says its was load shedding, but on the report the tech said it was power surge, they called the technician and suggested to him that the power surge was caused by load shedding because they knew that the don't pay out load shedding claims. funny enough I didn't have load shedding during the time the electronics got damaged. What a ****! I pay a service cover and find out that I am not really covered for that service.
