Lee-Ann Heideman at Dotsure was a saving grace in our claims process. We had some issues in the claims process, with claims being lumped together and cancelled in error. Lee-Ann was brilliant in helping us resolve the issues and get our claims paid out. Despite Dotsure policy/processes not being the most user-friendly, Lee-Ann was fantastic!
