Great service, speedy claims pay-out
Excellent and speedy customer service. In my experience, this company has the fastest turnaround time in paying out claims. The premiums have escalated quite a bit since I 1st joined, sad to be cancelling this month. It is just not affordable for a bird. It would be nice if you could reconsider the cover for exotics.
