Great service and friendly call centre, made signing up very easy. Jaco explained everything to me in a way I could easily understand and answered all my questions, making me feel at ease to sign up with them. Would recommend to anyone as I did my due diligence and looked at various other pet insurers, but believe dotsure to be the best.
