Great service, great sales consultant - Tristin Smuts

I received a phone call from Dotsure Sales Consultant Tristin Smuts after filling in an enquiry form for Dotsure pet insurance at the vet. This man was such a pleasure to talk to! He is friendly, professional, extremely helpful and has a great sense of humour. He was able to answer all my questions and I knew that I wanted to sign up with this pet insurance after our first phone call. I asked him to please give me a call two days later, which he did and I signed up with Dotsure pet insurance. I received all the documentation needed for me to go through on my own time and at my own pace. Thank you Tristin, you are doing an amazing job and this was hassle free!
