Great service from two professionals.

Alexis Nel & Jaen Boshoff, two amazingly fantastic and most welcoming ladies I’ve dealt whilst I’ve been shopping around to get my pups covered. To start off with Alexis had guided me every step of the way even had the all the patience in the world when I had a million and one questions to ask. She professionally answered them all and could advise what the best would be for me, after a follow up which I was not available for she the set another time with me. Alexis was really amazing, knowledgeable and professional individual to deal with and that put me at ease to sign up. Moving on to Jaen oh my it felt as if Alexis was never gone, Jaen called me to finalize everything as Alexis stepped out and I asked to be called back at 17:30 and exactly at 17:30 my phone rang, this is what you call service. Jean then apologized on Alexis behalf and asked if it’s ok is she could finalize my policy, geez I didn’t even have to think twice. Jaen also being very professional and knowledgeable could answer all my questions confidently hence the reason I’m saying it was as if Alexis was still on phone with me.
