Great service from Suraya at Dotsure

Suraya Header assisted me with cover for my furry family members. She was incredibly knowledgeable and patient but what stood out the most was her empathy.

We all know insurance is a grudge person but this is the one time it didn't feel like the sales person was just after the sale. She knew their names and called back when she said she would. Small gestures that really personalised the experienced. Thank you for making it about the animals and not the money.
