Great service from Mr Ngoza

I had the most extraordinary service from Mr. Sibulele Ngoza on Tuesday 26 June 2018. He was friendly, informative, funny and knowledgeable. He didn't try to convince me to go for the highest paid insurance option, but listened to my needs and ensured that our kittens will be adequately looked after - at a price that suits our pocket. If the rest of the insurance experience is as good as the call centre process, it will only be a pleasure.
