Great service from Dotsure Pet insurance consultant
My claim was handed to Samantha Armstrong, she was friendly, courteous, phoned me on a Friday afternoon just before 17:00 to inform me that my claim has been finalized and when the payment will be made. She was the 1st consultant to ensure that my claim amount was calculated correctly, on all my previous claims i had to phone and explain that the payment calculations were incorrect. Samantha, thank you for going the xtra mile and for keeping the Dotsure flag flying high.
