Great service from Dotsure.

Dotsure has covered our dachshund, Koffie, since about August 2018. He's only got accidental cover due to his age (he'll be 17 in August 2022). We've only claimed on 2 occasions - once when he single-handedly attacked 2 staffies who dared to come to close to our home. Understandably he came second and was saved by my wife. He suffered some bites and bruises, but with Dotsure's very efficient staff, we were paid quickly for most of the expenses. The second time was when Koffie was poisoned by a frog, and became deadly ill. Our vet managed to prescribe the right treatment and with a lot of care and love from our side, koffie made a full recovery. Again Dotsure paid us the maximum amount covered by our policy, with no hesitation. I have no hesitation to recommend Dotsure.
