Great service from Dotsure

I joined Dotsure about 3 months ago, after a recommendation from my Vet. Even in this short time, I have been very impressed with the overall service and the prompt response from the staff. I have unfortunately had to raise two claims in the last month for one of our dogs. Both claims were submitted and paid out on the same day! Wow, I have never had this kind of response from any service provider in the past. I even received a "get well" e-mail from them, which I thought was a really nice touch. A big shout out to Glayvia and Chante for their very efficient service.
