Great service from Dotsure

I've been with Dotsure for only a few months. Two of my Persian Cats became very ill and one was hospitalised at Onderstepoort Veterinary Academic Hospital for three days. I registered the first claim on the website, not sure how it worked. I didn't even realize I had to get the claims from signed by the vet. The consultant phoned the vet directly and sorted everything out without me having to lift a finger. The money was in my account two days later. The second claim was for my hospitalised cat. I thought that would be a problem as the amount was quite high. I got the e-mail with the pay out amount an hour later and two days later the money was in my account. Thank you for great service!
