Great service from Dotsure claims department- Michaela Cronje
I recently submitted a pet claim and was assisted by Michaela Cronje. She was very efficient in handling my claim and arranging for the payout within 2 days. She was very friendly and caring about my pet's health. In general the pet claims department is absolutely fantastic in the way they resolve claims fast and efficiently.
