I always have a great experience when dealing with Dotsure. Minimal waiting time when I call through, consultants always get back to me on time and there’s always a follow up in terms of the service received. Claims are dealt with in a speedy manner and in my recent interaction with Dotsure and Crystal Bruiners (the claims consultant) the experience was no different. The claim was settled within 48 hours and the service was excellent as always
