Great Service from Carl Oosthuizen

Carl Oosthuizen called me after a friend referred me to Dotsure.co.za Carl's knowledge and transfer of information for a quote via telephone was the "intrigue" factor before he even got to the cost involved. The cost was the cherry on top. Impressed so far so keep up that attitude and KYC / KYP and hope the product/ after care is just as great. Only tip I can give is to address by client by individual client name or "you" and not generalized "you guys" ;-) as the person could be single.
