Great Service Erika Richter @ Dotsure
5 stars to Erika Richter from Dotsure Pet Insurance
I have a very active Jack Russel that developed a serious skin condition over the last few days which made her life quite miserable. I was apprehensive to claim as I have never done so before and not sure about procedure and requirements.
Erika made the whole experience/process easy which put a smile on my face. It was in the end quick and stress free.
My Jackie even got a "Get Well Card" absolutely worth every sent.
Gladly recommend to friends and family.
