Great service
Impressed with Dotsure pet insurance. Within an hour of submitting a claim online, I received a phonecall from a friendly and well-spoken Dotsure agent. She spoke through my claim with me and explained which part of the claim would be processed and why. She then explained the next steps and I received payment within a day or two. Thanks Dotsure for the efficient service.
