Great Service by Chantelle Groenewald and DOTSURE
Faster than Usain Bolt!!! Thanks to Chantelle Groenewald of DOTSURE who processed and paid my claim within 20 minutes of my (complete) submission, wow!. To put my elation into context, they claim to have a turnaround time of 48 hours to settle claims. 20 mins / 48 hours? simply wow. That sounds like can't be beaten stuff. Thank you guys, great service at inception of the policy, great service delivery throughout administration of the policy. Highly recommend this person and company.
