Great service bad calculator

My Pomeranian broke her front leg. The cost at the specialist ONLY is R12 000. We had to pay R10 000 deposit and the rest on collection. So it is one claim but 2 payments.

I was assist by Bernadine Bence, overall her service was fast and informative.

My only problem was that they for some reason without explanation decided to make it a double payment... so where they had to pay out one amount and only have one excess they decided to make it 2. In the end I'm paying a double excess for my 1st and only claim.

The limit per claim is R4250, so I'm getting R1670.40 with an excess of R185.60 and R2177 with an excess of R241.90.

In the end I'm only getting R3847....

And like I said my bills exceeded R12 0000.

I recommend dotsure to my friends but in the end it was not worth it especially the accident plan. I will be looking for a company that does not have sub limits like Pawpaw for the future.
