Great service and great attitute

I would like to extend my appreciation for this gentlemen. He is very patient and spoke really well with me. I enjoyed his attitude of understanding people especially difficult clients like me. He even went through the extra mile of ensuring that i understood everything about my policy and his patience was key for me. I hope that he is doing it for all the clients he services. His great attitude and patience will really take him far in his life.
