great service and exceptional compassion
apon taking out my policy with Alexis, i had 7 fur babies, unfortunitly on saturday 14 august my baby tedd passed away from pneumonia i immediately let alexis know to remove tedd from my policy, this company was so sympathetic and had so much empathy for our loss. Alexis immediately responded to my request and all was well. Thank you so much
