Dominic Bennett was the consultant who called me soon after I had app**** for an online quote from DotSure, and he answered my immediate queries. He also gave sound advice on the most cost-effective plan for my particular circumstances. I asked him to call back after the long weekend when I had given it some thought, which he did at exactly the time I had suggested. However I was then busy and asked him to call back later that day. (He showed absolutely no signs of irritation with this game of phone tag...!) He again called back at the agreed time and the signing up was done very efficiently in a short period of time. He explained all the major issues, ensuring all the way that I was comfortable and fully understood his explanations. I had one or two further questions which he answered most satisfactorily. All in all, a very good experience!
