Great service
I phoned Dotsure because I had a query regarding my current policy. I got re-routed a few times but eventually ended up with Erika Richter. She helped me with my query and patiently answered all my questions. When my line dropped, she phoned me back to ensure and confirm my decision, and that I no longer have any questions. I will definitely contact Erika in future if I have a pet emergency or any questions.
