Great service
What great service received from Dotsure! We had to cancel our insurance at the beginning of January 2020 (which we paid for the full year in advance in August 2019). The call centre was busy and they said that someone will call me back, to which I thought I would have to call again the next day. Then Knowledge Lesetla called me back within 10 minutes. He was very helpful and sorted out our issue straight away. It is unfortunate that we had to cancel our policy with them due to other circumstances, otherwise would still be a very happy client!
